I started this ages ago, and I mean last year. It was for Kat. I have no idea why I finished it today. I've come to realise that I love doing hair. All the little detail - so boring, but so hypnotising.
There is a tuft of hair on his right, over his ear, that should be flopping down a bit more. His head should be a teeeeensy bit longer/ more rectangular as well. And please forgive the shirt - it was twice as evil as doing hair will ever be. (His left eye is supposed to be like that, I measured it and everything.) On the positive, I like doing his face, because he has such a strange smile. And weird eyebrows, too.
Danny Elfman. 5+ hrs (5 today, no idea of the others)

That's amazing! So close to the photo - for a minute i thought it was one! I think i like this more than the actual photo, oddly. His is a weird, hard face to draw and you've done it brilliantly - well done!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
